Article 1

(1) Grade 3 or above general contracting construction engineering qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China

(2) Grade 2 or above specialized contracting construction decoration engineering qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China

For the above qualification requirements, bidders only need to meet any one of them, but multiple qualification requirements within the same item must be met simultaneously.

Project Manager Qualifications

The project manager must be an employee of the bidder's company, holding a Grade 2 or above registered construction engineer qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, with a registered major in construction engineering. The project manager shall not participate in bidding for this tender section under the following circumstances:

(1) Serving as project manager in other projects;

(2) The project manager has had a change in another project contract, and the change time is less than 180 days.
